Our Services

Regular Maintenance Cleaning targets properties that are currently occupied and need basic cleaning service such as dusting, vacuuming, bathroom and kitchen cleaning and general upkeep of the property.

Basic Move-out cleaning targets properties that will be handed to owners or management in a broom-cleaned condition for a sale, closing or end of lease inspection. This service includes dusting of all horizontal surfaces, wiping the outside of kitchen appliances & cabinets, vacuuming inside the cabinets and closets, cleaning of the bathrooms, and vacuuming & mopping of all floors.

Move-in Service targets vacant properties to which the new residents will be moving soon without replacing any appliances or doing major renovations. This service can include cleaning the inside of the kitchen cabinets & appliances, deep cleaning of the bathrooms, and detailed cleaning and disinfecting of fixtures, windowsills, closets and floors.

Deep cleaning targets currently occupied and furnished properties that have not been deep cleaned in a while (think spring cleaning). With this type of service we also move furniture and appliences and clean these hard to reach places.

Heavy Duty Cleaning targets properties that have not been cleaned in months sometimes years. Yes, we have seen it all. Give us a call 1.866.373.3740 and we will stop by your property to give you a quote. We also do cleanouts of estate sales, foreclosures and short sales.

After Remodeling Cleaning targets properties that are dusty as a result of recent renovation or construction. This service can include vacuuming and wiping walls, ceiling, floors and other surfaces covered with dust.
